This is the Polyester Single Knit Tape from SHINDO (S.I.C.). The most basic type of single-sided knit tape, with the elasticity unique to its knit structure, widely used to hold collars of cut-and-sewn fabrics and as line tape for jersey. It is also ideal for edging towels and other items.
