This is the Organdy Ribbon from SHINDO (S.I.C.). A standard ribbon with thin, light, slightly hard texture and luster, woven in a plain weave with warp and weft, but this ribbon has been specially processed so that it is hard to be split, and the threads are finely packed and excellent. They are often used for dresses, but nowadays they are also recommended for wrapping and accessories, as well as accenting the cuffs and cuffs of knits and fabrics.
