This is the Lame Waist Stretch Tape from SHINDO (S.I.C.). This elastic tape has a satin sheen, silver lame, and firm thickness. The elastic is made of polyurethane, which is soft to the touch (even the lame part is not coarse and gentle against the skin) and is recommended for use as an elastic waistband.
