This is the Rayon Fringe from SHINDO (S.I.C.). The fringe is warm, fluffy and soft, made of 100% wool. The seam allowance is also decorative, and is recommended for fall and winter clothing, lampshades, curtain trims and other miscellaneous items. The pile is protected by a tightening thread to prevent it from getting tangled.
