This is the Acrylic Trimming Braid from SHINDO (S.I.C.). It is made of acrylic yarn and has a cotton-like texture even though it is a synthetic fiber, and one of its features is that it has no core yarn and has a soft weave that allows for fine curves. It is recommended for use as a bookmark for books, a tape to fasten a menu chart or the like between the cover and the inside of a book, and as a line decoration (sailor tape) for uniforms and the like.
