This is the Animal Print Stretch Binder Tape from SHINDO (S.I.C.). The base tape is thin, lightweight and developed exclusively for this product with cost in mind, and the design is an elastic binder with an inkjet print that reproduces a beautiful animal pattern as seen in the photo. We recommend this binder to be used with the same patterned fabric or as an accent (partial use) on a solid color fabric.
