This is the Stretch Torchon Lace from SHINDO (S.I.C.). The lace with a simple design of elastic bilateral ruffles, using fine thread, has a light and delicate texture. Recommended material for children’s clothing and general merchandise applications. In order to minimize shrinkage during washing and dyeing, all colors, including unbleached ones, have been treated to prevent shrinkage, so if you’ve ever had a lace sewn to a fabric that has shrunk after washing, don’t worry.
