This is the Stripe Stretch Tape from SHINDO (S.I.C.). Elastic grosgrain tape with three or two color stripe patterns, such as the flag colors of the French and Italian flags, and is available in both tape and binder variations, so it can be used as a set for pinching the edge of the fabric and sewing it on top of the fabric. We recommend it for sports and casual clothing and general merchandise. Note: 9x9mm and 12x12mm are binder (bifold) type.
