This is the Tweed Metallic Ribbon from SHINDO (S.I.C.). Weft yarn is used for the weft (an elegant lame blend), and polyester is used for the warp, so the weft gives the design look and the warp suppresses excessive volume. It is mainly used for jackets, but as it has a low volume, it is recommended to be used as waist tape or waist ribbon for a dress.
