This is the Waist Stretch Tape from SHINDO (S.I.C.). Elegant elastic tape with matte finish without any unnecessary gloss on the surface. It is made of polyurethane rubber which is soft to the touch and has a gentle kick back feature, and is recommended for use as a waist elastic.
