This is the Mesh Binder from SHINDO (S.I.C.). It is a mesh stretch knit fabric mainly used for sportswear, and unlike regular elastic tapes, it stretches in the width direction. It is also highly breathable and quick-drying, so it is used for everything from training to athletic wear, and is ideal for use in the bottom of pockets as a drainage function, and as a design feature for switching tapes for cut-and-sew or bags.
