This is the Mist Organdy Frill Stretch from SHINDO (S.I.C.). This is an organdy type of elastic ruffle tape with a knit structure, so the yarn is hip yet soft and comfortable against the skin. It’s perfect for edging knit and woven fabrics from ladies to kids, as well as for use in slapping on. It is also a stretchy material with just the right amount of stretch, so it is also recommended for socks, tights and other underwear items.
