This is the Rayon Fringe from SHINDO (S.I.C.). This fringe has the silky sheen and feel of rayon, and the long pile of hair gives it movement. The seam allowance is also decorative and is recommended for lampshades, interior design and small accessories. The pile is protected by a tightening thread to prevent it from getting tangled.
