This is the Reflect Piping (without core) from SHINDO (S.I.C.). This piping tape uses Scotchlite reflective material made by 3M, which improves visibility and safety at night. Since there is no core material in the ball portion, this is a type that goes well with thin body fabrics. It is recommended for use not only for outdoor and sporting goods, but also for cutting and decorating fabrics for children’s clothing, working wear, and so on.
